Abstract:

Abstract: Abnormal openclose phenomenon occurred in main steam valve No. 62 of unit No. 6 in Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Company Limited.Aming at above problem,based on analysis, it was determined that the main failure occurred in mechanical part of the valve.The valve was disassembled, and it was found that the valve stem was fractured from the root segment in the small spring chamber of the preinlet valve.The reason of fracture of the valve stem of the main steam valve was analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures and repair method were proposed.
