Establishment of service power consumption rate model for desulphurization system of power plant based on SPSS

Abstract:The thermal power plant is a tremendous and complexsystem, which refer to complex related variables. To find the relationship between main control parameters and related variables in enormous database is the difficulty in production of thermal power plants.Taking the desulphurization system as example, using the data analysis software SPSS,the relation between the sevice power consumption rate of the desulphurization system and the unit load and the SO
2 mass concentration in inlet and outlet of the desulphurization system was researched,and a mathematic model was established, which can be used to guide the power plant operation.
