Abstract:Depending upon theoretic calculation and site test, the safety, economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of the unit after the lignite was blended in combustion were analyzed. The maximum blending ratio and the optimal blending ratio for the unit under different load were determined, and this ensures the characteristics of the blended coal to be matched with boiler design parameters. The influence of the ignite blended combustion on the unit was evaluated. The coal yard management system and the multicoal blend decision system were established to guide the coal blending, and better economic benefit and social effect were obtained.
