Abstract:A RUNBACK(RB)test of forced draft fans for boiler in 1000MW plant unit failed and caused the boiler extinguished. An onsite combustion diagnosis test is carried out. After that, a deep analysis on the results of the test, history data and the onsite combustion conditions and corresponding rectification measures are given. After the implementation of the rectification measures, the boiler combustion condition is improved significantly and the RB test of forced draft fans for boiler is carried out successfully.
