Expert system for fault diagnosis of hydroelectric generating unit based on knowledge base

Abstract:According to the operation characteristic of hydropower units,the knowledge base of expert system for fault diagnosis is formed by gathering the fault features and the reasons of the faults occurred during the operation of the hydropower unit.This fault diagnosis system is completed through real time database,historical database and the configuration function of the Cybercontrol software platform and Java
programming language,thus to provide operation and maintenance of hydropower units.
