Heat economy study on low pressure heater drainage system

Abstract:Most extraction and recycle system of thermal power generation unit adopted surface heater.The dewatering method negatively affected the heat economy.Based on equivalent heat drop method and projects practice,this paper studied on combined dewatering,and indicated that low pressure heater dewatering system installed with dewatering pump or dewatering cooler would provide higher heat economy than drained waterartesian flow.This paper also evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of these two combined dewatering method.
