Cause analysis and preventive measures for the collapsed bed of the dry desulfurization absorption tower

Abstract:The flue gas desulphurization system and its procedure process of the CFB in the No.3 unit of a power plant are introduced. Based on the data collected from the operation of the dry desulfurization system,the main causes for the collapsed bed of the absorption tower are analyzed. The results manifest that the main reasons are the low flux of fluegas and its low temperatures. Preventive measures are put forward to prevent CFB absorbing bed collapse.
