Abstract:Since May 2014, with a series of environmental laws and regulations, policy implemented, control of pollutants became a main task for power plants. With deepening of the power system, the power generation enterprise profits decreased, efforts to reduce costs become the primary task of for internal management. Huadian Power International Corporation Shiliquan Power Plant established and implemented the new “green energy consumption index” and rewards and punishments, ensured the safe and stable operation of the environmental protection facilities .Annual pollutant emissiononstandard rate up to 99.97%. Environmental protection energy consumption is 10% lower than in 2014, created profits of 7.069 5 million yuan, realize the “environmental protection” and “energy saving” win win situation.
