Abstract:Based on the incident of serious vibration of Huadian Weifang Power Plant’s unit No.4 and 4B shaft, by analyzing vibration data, it was concluded that the sealing heater fan shaft is rotating unbalance. After counterbalance was added on fan impeller top according to balance calculation, the problem of serious vibration was solved. Which could be refer by similar unit.
