Abstract:

Abstract:The condensate polishing treatment is an important measure to ensure the quality of boiler feed water in power plant.The control system was designed to ensure condensate polishing equipment safety and stable running.The system adopts Schneider Modicon Quantum PLC and PC monitoring software Vijeo Citect to finish the whole production process of fine treatment system monitoring,production process parameters setting, accident alarm,trend analysis and report generation,and other functions.The rationality and reliability of the control system is verified by the actual operation in the field.
