Abstract:In order to implement the national standard of crane safety monitoring and management system corresponding national policies, a method of how to reform the finished gantry crane to meet the requirements of the national standard has been studied. It is based on the original PLC control system framework, and does not affect the normal operation of the original system. It makes the monitoring parameters of the whole equipment more perfect. The implementation of the actual reconstruction project verify that the performance of the design is stable, and it is easy to achieve and meet the requirements of the national standard.
