Abstract:Due the more and more strict emission regulation, the number and performance of power plant environment protecting facilities is increasing. After the improvement construction of ultralow emission, power plants’ environmentalfriendly construction will come to a conclusion. However, those constructions will increase the power consumption. To move a step over the existing accomplishment, this paper indicated an improvement plant to comprehensively utilize environment protecting facilities and saving energy. Applying this plan while low load operation could high efficiently use environment protecting facilities, and significantly reduce plant energy consumption.
