Abstract:This paper introduces and analyzed the emergency shutdown of hydropower caused by an accident, which is due to the unreasonable procedures setting of PLC program. It also give an implementation of a series of improvement measures to prevent similar accidents, and to ensure safe and reliable operation of the unit.
