Abstract:Successfully put into operation of jacking oil system is the precondition of steam turbine generator. This paper analyzed the accident of a domestic nuclear power plant’s steam turbine generator jacking oil distributor bolt breakage. Based on the failure tree method, the direct cause and primary cause were indicated. Integrated with other causes, the treatment measurements were provided for reference for similar unit fixture quality management.
