Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and principle of steam turbine oil system and AC oil pump of coal to gas relocation project at Tianjin Chentang Thermal Power Company Limited, and put forward precautionary measures and main control point for routine maintenance based on the process of the oil system, pump structure and the analysis of overcurrent reason of AC oil pump electric motor for No.3 steam turbine, and to make sure to avoiding the occurrence of accident and increasing stability and reliability of the unit.
