Abstract:

With the development of power distribution network, most network that does not have fiber optic communication adopted public network, such as General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), which increased the risk that attacked through public network. Safety protection plan published by State Grid in 2011 and 2017 was introduced and realized on Guodian Nanjing Automation Company Limited power distribution terminal, and then passed by the test of China Electric Power Research Institute.
