Abstract:

 

The problem of a thermal power plant’s 1000MW unit prefilter abnormal pressure differential, highspeed mixed bed resin leakage and resin catcher leakage comprehensive analyzed. The main causes were indicated as large quantity of water soluble paper was imported into system by mistake, ignoration of reheater cleanup procedure and resin catcher seal washer aging. Treatment measures were indicated accordingly.
