Abstract:

The onebutton blackstart plan of Goupitan Power Plant was introduced. This system is able to remote recover the service power system. At the same time, problems of equipment reconstruction and site test was analyzed. This plan is a rapid and effective blackstart method that not relying on manually start diesel generator. This method and specific test has certain operability for unattended operating power plant.
