Abstract:

The management of point inspection and regular repair in Inner Mongolia Buliangou Coal Industry Company Limited was introduced. By implementing point inspection and regular repair on coal mining machinery, equipment status was fully controllable. Hidden danger and failure rate was reduced. This management mode was widespread in every coal mining companies in Huadian Coal Industry Group Company Limited.
