Hydrogeological condition of Xialiyuan Coal Industry 40101 fully mechanized caving face roof overlying strata was analyzed. Combine with geophysical prospecting, drilling exploration and chemical prospecting, waterrich abnormal area was determined. Water burst source was verified. Working face water inrush was prevented.
