Abstract:

Hydraulic support top beam collisionprotection device was provided for prevent collision between hydraulic support and coal cutter. This device is very likely damaged and very hard to repair. During maintenance of hydraulic support, top beam collisionprotection devicewas remanufactured. The selection of material and welding, and operation affected the lifespan of device.
