Abstract:

Coal cutter, scraper conveyer, transfer conveyor and hydraulic support are the most important equipment for underground coal mining. Maintenance is necessary for these equipment before removed to next working face. The duration and quality of maintenance impact the production of next working face. Standardized maintenance procedure helped improving duration and quality of maintenance. The importance of three machines and one support five clean and five inspect was analyzed. A rapid, simple and highquality approach of mining machinery maintenance was provided.
