Abstract:

Heat network heaters usually operate under different working condition from design condition. This could significantly shorten life span of heaters. Equipment damage causes were analyzed. The treatment of increasing circulating water quantity and inlet temperature was indicated to made heater steam pressure closer to design value. Operational safety of heat network heater was ensured.
