Pressure difference control measures for air preheater of ultralow emission thermal power unit

Abstract

Abstract:

The problem of air preheater clogging is becoming more and more prominent after the implementation of ultralow emission transformation of thermal power units. With analysis of a sets for ultralow emissions after transforming influence on differential pressure of the air preheater, through the denitration system performance optimization test and air preheater performance test, the ammonia injection quantity adjustment, such as blowing optimization, puts forward the comprehensive control of air preheater cold end temperature not overrun, reasonable puttinginservice proactively air preheater blowing and other measures. In the case of the ultralow emission standard of the unit, the operating pressure difference of air preheater is stable, and there is no abnormal blockage of air preheater, and the power consumption of the fan is greatly reduced.
