Abstract:

Based on the requirement of Transformation and Upgrading of Coal for Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction Plan of Action 2014 to 2020, the energyconsumption index of Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Company Limited’s 600MW unite was too high. After studying on steam turbine path flow, boiler heating surface, outside steam cooler, vacuum system, thermodynamic system, air preheater, circulating pump and theoretical calculation, net coal consumption would be lowered to 19g/(kW·h).This paper could be referred by similar unit and project.
