Abstract:

Based on the feature and function of Qincun Reservoir, radial gate was selected. This paper introduced the structure and design feature of radial gate. In the common oblique branch arm structure, slightly lifting the upper frame will even the load on upper and under frame, and will increase the gate overall rigidity. To eliminated vibration while leakage, steel with less strength was used on gate, and higher strength steel on gate frame. Alignment of hinges was optimized to avoid interference while opening and closing. Fine lubricity and mesh accuracy requires less maintenance.
