Abstract:

The limestonegypsum method desulfurization process is widely applied in thermal power plant. The process of limestone acceptance is complicated. Based on GB/T 176—2008Methods for Chemical Analysis of Cement, the reference method requires more than 20 hours. The instead method in GB/T 5762—2012 Methods for Chemical Analysis of Limestone, Quicklime and Hydrated Lime for Building Materials Industry needs more than 10 hours. By innovating test procedure, the simplified method reduced the test duration from three working days to one working day, and reduced the drug consumption. Test deviation is acceptable for site limestone acceptance.
