Analysis of ETS reform of Luohe Power Plant

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper introduced Huadian Luohe Power Plant Company Limited steam turbine emergency trip system (ETS) improvement reconstruction. Based on the control philosophy, original PLC control system was instead by General Electric Energy Group Xinhua Control Engineering Company Limited’s OC6000e system, and integrated into decentralized control system (DCS) network.Controldisplay integration was realized. Reliability and expandability of ETS was significantly improved.
