Abstract:

Coal yard management is an important part of power plant fuel management. This paper introduced the application practice of threedimensional digital management system in a circular coal yard of Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Company Limited, and described the main functions and characteristics of the system. The construction of this system could improve the lean management level, realize the digital fuel information management of a coal yard, and also have a positive effect on promoting the work of stocktaking, mixed burning, purchasing and spontaneous combustion preventing, etc.
