Abstract:

Based on construction practice, the cause and expression of joint postweld heat treatment common problems was analyzed from heat input, thermocouple and heater. Treatment measures were provided for each of heating stage, constant stage and temperature fall stage. The situation of abnormal hardness after fault was analyzed. Treatment measurements were provided based on standards and metal phase transformation principle. Prevention measurements to avoid postweld heat treatment were provided based on production practice.
