Abstract:

Due to the application of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) on coalfired power plant, the problem of waste catalytic becomes increasingly outstanding. The technology to dispose waste catalyst in worldwide was analyzed. Refer to slurry blending combustion technology, a waste catalytic blending combustion plan was indicated. Cleaning test approved that catalyst leaching toxicity meet the limit of toxicity identification standard regulations of the state, including the content of trace elements is lower than conventional coal. Blending test and calculation approved that the pollutant emission is under control. The technology has the simple process, low environmental risk and low disposal cost. This could be widespread.
