Abstract:

With the development of energy saving and emission control, it is inevitable that small coalfired units be close down. After Huadian Zibo Heat and Power Company Limited third stage extension project (2×330MW) unit put into operation, the first stage was closed down. Due to the relevance of first and second stagey water, steam, coal and electricity system, this paper introduced a service power system reconstruction plan based on safety economy and smooth transition. Combined with specific implementation process,relevant project management method and experience was summarized.
