Abstract:

In this paper, based on the gas system in Huadian International Fengjie Power Plant, the cause of ash fouling in media gasgas heater (MGGH) was analyzed. According to the actual operation experience of such system, the effective treatments to solve ash fouling were proposed, which improved the MGGH performance and increased the gas temperature from the outlet of desulfuration absorber tower. Finally, the treatments were proved to be capable of ensuring the operation safety of absorber tower rear flue and chimney, and solving the plume phenomenon in chimney.
