Abstract:

Once the dry deslagging system of coalfired power plant boiler failed, it had a great influence on the safe and steady operation of boiler. This paper analyzed the failure reasons of dry deslagging system of parametric voltage transformation direct current Πtype boiler for a 1000MW ultrasupercritical unit, and proposed some measures to reduce the failure rate of dry deslagging system, such as strengthening combustion control, adjusting boiler soot blowing methods, adjusting the operation mode and strengthening the parameter adjustment of dry deslagging system, etc.
