Abstract:

The concept of reginal degree of balance was introduced.The model for balance degree evaluation was build based on grey association analysis method. Combination weighting approach of subjective and objective was carried out. The resource improvement friendship degree of five provincial power grid was evaluated. A model was built to testify the correctness of balance degree model. The result indicated that it could indicated the reginal balance degreed under different operation condition. And it featured with commonality and operability.
