Abstract

Abstract:

A power plant’s unit No.5 condensate pump motor B is overvibrating while switch operation. By vibration analysis, overvibration is caused by heavy wear of rubber bearing and shaft sleeve. Treatment measurements were carried out accordingly. Motor overvibration was eliminated.
