Abstract:

On the basis of Detailed rules for reliability evaluation of thermal control system of thermal power unit in Huadian Group Corporation (trial) and DL/T 261—2012 The guidelines for the thermal power plant automation system reliability evaluation technology，Huadian Fujian Company exerted specialized inspect and evaluation on the reliability of the equipment, hidden troubles and  loopholes in management in its subordinate units from six aspects，such as thermal control system hardware configuration，software functions and site equipment installation ，thermal independent control device，technical management，and peripheral control system. At the same time, through finding problems timely and making prompt rectification，the possibility of abnormal condition or unplanned outage because of the thermal control system software and hardware equipment cab be reduced fundamentally, which improves the reliability of the thermal technology equipment.
