Abstract:

After a longtime operation, there was rotor journal wearing on an MS9001E gas turbine generator in a power plant, which caused hydrogen leakage of the generator. After technical analysis and program comparison, laser cladding technology was used to repair the journal. It has achieved good results and provides experience for the journal wear repair of MS9001E gas turbine, the firstgeneration longrunning turbine.
