Abstract:

Before the technical reform on equipment in Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant, indepth analysis of the parameters at each stage before startup process were carried out. By optimizing the operation, the flue gas temperature at inlet of denitration system before gridconnection increased from 265℃ to 298℃. The smoke temperature reached the minimum temperature required by continuous spraying ammonia of denitration catalyst. The denitration system was put into practice before the gridconnection. The main technical measures and parameters before and after the adjustment are introduced for reference in solving similar problems.
