Abstract:

The 2000kN gantry hoist at the top of Hekou Village reservoir runs in one direction which is same as the direction of flow. The downstream gate chamber is close to the edge of the platform. As designing the hoist according to the conventional scheme, it is necessary to expand the platform and increase the workload of civil construction. Decreasing the base distance will affect the safety against wind and stability of the hoist. In order to solve these problems, comparison and optimization of the hoisting mechanism layout are carried out. It proposes the eccentric arrangement scheme of lifting point center and gantry hoist center in the direction of the base distance , which successfully solves the above problems and saves the engineering investment. The new landscape machine room not only meets the equipment protection requirements, but also meets the landscape requirements,which can be used for similar projects.
