Abstract

Abstract:

Burnout on the boiler burner nozzle was observed in a power plant shortly after it start running for a short period. ash deposits, coking, bulge， and swelling were found on the water wall inside the hearth, which seriously affect the operation safety of the unit. In is paper, the quality of the firing coal, the structure of the burner, the method of combustion was studied as the influential factors, the exiting problems of the unit is summarized, and the suggest on the prevention of the burnout of the boiler burner nozzle is presented.
