Abstract:

In a chemical water workshop of a power plant，the pretreatment filter of reverse osmosis is easy to be blocked due to the original water quality. The filter cartridge is replaced frequently and the operation costs is high. Furthermore, pretreatment filter blocks are easy to accelerate the pollution and plugging speed of the reverse osmosis membrane and inhibit water yield. After optimizing the reverse osmosis prefiltration system, the results show that the optimized system effectively reduce the frequency of filter replacement, running cost, maintenance work intensity and increase the periodical water yield. Meanwhile, the system can be effectively avoided from suspending of osmosis system while changing the filter cartridge, which ensures the continuous and adequate supply of demineralized water. The economy and safety of reverse osmosis system are improved.
