According to the basic principles of heat transferring，it creates a mathematical model of heat transferring area and power consumption of ACC affected by initial temperature difference (ITD) and head wind velocity. Taking an Fclass oneplusone CCPP as an example, it calculates the influence of ITD and head wind velocity on net output and ACC heat transferring area of power plant and obtains the optimized ACC design parameters.
