Abstract:

For the purpose of deepening SIS data applications, brief introduction of automatic regulation loops applied on online evaluation system is given. The software and hardware environment required by the evaluation system is put forward. The certainty evaluation index is analyzed and certainty evaluation results of the loop are given. Randomness evaluation index based on minimum variance control is analyzed and randomness evaluation results of the loop are given. Model identification and parameters optimization principles of the control loops are summarized and the results are given. The analysis and statistics of AGC and primary frequency regulation, as well as other statistics reporting functions are introduced. Putting the online evaluation system of automatic regulation loops into use has great practical meaning to optimization, administration and maintenance of thermal power plants.
