Analysis and research on the leaking causes of fuel triple duty valves

Abstract

Abstract:

There are oil side leakage, steam side internal leakage and external leakage in the practical operation of fuel triple duty valves of 300MW boiler frequently which affects the normal start of the unit. By adopting appropriate sealing material, improving the structure of triple duty valves and decreasing the atomization steam pressure in front of furnace, the oil side leakage, steam side internal leakage and external leakage offuel triple duty valves can be avoided, which can ensure safe and stable operation of equipment.
