Abstract:

After the operation of domestic 660MW ultrasupercritical units, it is hard to achieve the designed reheating steam (turbine side) temperature which is 620℃. Analysis, optimization and improvement are made from unit design, engineering quality control and operation optimization, etc. After the commercial operation of units, the reheat steam temperature can be kept at the targeted 620℃ stably in long term. The success of the practice provides a reference for the sametype units in their construction and operation.
