Reform of boiler furnace pressure protection system

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of blockage and leakage of the measurement pipeline during the operation of boiler furnace pressure protection system, two pressure transmitters were added on the original measurement equipment. One pressure transmitter and one pressure switch shares one sampling device. Signal of transmitter after election is taken as a protection signal. After modification, the blockage or leakage of the furnace pressure measurement pipeline can be monitored online. The furnace pressure measurement equipment can perform online without withdrawing from the furnace negative pressure protection. The pressure switches and pressure transmitters installed in groups can be mutually compared with each other, from which anomalies can be found. The application situation shows that the transformation can greatly reduce the maintenance working intensity of the furnace pressure measurement pipeline, reduce the risk of maloperation caused by maintenance work and make further improvement on the reliability of the furnace negative pressure protection.
