Abstract:

At present, the excessive gas content in the transformer oil are mainly caused by air entry. In the process of excessive gas content in the transformer, scientific and appropriate inspection steps are taken to analysis the reason for excessive gas content accurately, to prevent the new air entry and air residue, and to prevent the equipment damage. It is important to reduce unnecessary operation in the process of processing. It summarizes the useful experience in the process of dealing with the excess gas content of 500kV transformer in Liyuan Power Station, and gives a detailed description of the process and control measures for the inspecting and dealing with the gas content that exceeds the standard in the transformer, which can be used for reference to the treatment process for transformers of the same type.
