Abstract:

The condenser end difference and the cleanliness of the cooling pipes are important factors affecting the condenser vacuum. The cleanliness of the cooling pipes depends on the operating conditions of the rubber ball cleaning device. Analyzing the operation limitations of the traditional condenser rubber ball cleaning devices and comparing the theoretical research and operation results of domestic optimization technology in recent years, the unreliable technical route are identified and the optimal solution for the actual conditions of the power plant units are obtained.
