Abstract:

Considering 3 engineering procurement construction (EPC) projects of thermal power in Sumatra, Indonesia, technical management problems and their causes existing in the fulfillment of overseas EPC projects are found out, according to technical management analysis. Solutions and advice is proposed, which provide reference for the better implementation of EPC projects.
